I showed you all this attic renovation in an earlier post.
But the homeowner is getting ready to sell and they want to call this a three bedroom, one bathroom home. As we all know you can't call a room a bedroom without a window and a closet. So we gave them a closet. As a matter of fact two of them and a beautiful dormer look.
We used old solid wood doors from our favorite place, Second Chance. We purchased the doors first so we could frame to there specs. I think this room was the only one I've done that I didn't initially put crown moulding in. I finally figured out a way to get some kind of wood trim on the ceiling. Lets hope the renovations Fronckoski Contracting has done can get this home sold quick.

Irene Damaged Basement
This home was caught off guard by Hurricane Irene. The renters we're in Atlanta and the property got about 6" of water which stood on the floor for about 4 days. It wound up being a gut down to the studs and some walls being removed.
Thanks to USAA Insurance Co, the homeowner was able to have us put this basement back together.
We framed up exterior walls, new insulation, drywall, paint, trim, doors and door jambs and carpet. We also installed a crown molding to finish the ceiling (as usual).
We also stripped the utility room floor and put a epoxy painted finish on. Although this home was stricken with damage from the hurricane, we restored this basement back to a comfortable, warm living area.
